You know what studies have repeatedly shown to be the best diet for long-term health? Calorie restriction. Systemically and on-purpose eating only 3/4 of what you need to eat. At that point, I think you've got to ask, is the benefit worth the cost? Because if you had to live being constantly hungry, would you really WANT to prolong your life?
