Yes, that's why our club is doing hybrid meetings. Some people can't attend in person (they're located in another city), and some just don't feel comfortable. Plus, it's for a reasonably short time (2 hrs). That's way different from the "you must come back to spend 8 hours in the office" type thing some companies are doing.
