Yeah, I'm pretty sure not a lot of thought happens in crab brains. 😁 But the point is more, why do we give the story to them that they're cutthroat, and actively trying to thwart the other crabs' successful escape? They're crabs. They have no idea why they're in a bucket. They don't even know what a bucket is.
