When my brother bought his sports car, back in the day, it came with a "mobile phone" as an incentive. It was approximately the size of the space between the two front seats. On his first drive with me to show off the car, he called my mom, back at our house. She hung up on him, since her children were both out of the house, and she misunderstood "I'm your son" for "I want to talk to your son". The glamour faded quickly. :-)
