Well, if it's not obvious (if you're a woman named Michael, for example, or a man named Michelle, both of whom I know, you might want to give people a heads up when seeing your name in print). But it still doesn't answer the question of how many pronouns to use. Or how to parse them.
"Mitchell (he/him) aka Lady Jeannette (she/her)" is clear but awkward.
