We have what is locally known as "The car alarm bird". It's one of the mimic birds (I think a kingbird, but I'm not sure) that has decided the way to entice a mate into accepting him is to mimic the sound of a variable-sound car alarm. Fortunately, he only does this during mating season. So it's kind of funny, and you're like, "Why is there a BMW in a tree?"
