We found that on no-kitty nights, putting a wedge under the door prevented the jumper from trying to open the door. (We have lever door handles, and she can jump up, dangle from the lever, and use her weight to open a closed door.) But she figured out that doesn't work with a wedge, so if she sees the wedge, she doesn't even try.
