This was a great explanation of socially constructed biblical meanings. Thank you. I've heard arguments about needing to take what was said in the Bible in a greater context, but this is the first time I've heard a cogent explanation of not just context, but the entire construction being up for grabs. It's given me a lot to think about! Your students must really enjoy your classes.
