This probably keeps her healthy, too. Being organized and not procrastinating tends to reduce stress, because you're handling things as they come up, rather than trying to figure out where that one piece of information is that will enable you to handle it... and in the meantime, the problem is snowballing out of control. So, when you relax, you can really RELAX, not sit without moving while your mind is racing a million miles an hour and your body is so tense you could bounce a quarter off your muscles.
