There's a slight fallacy to your reasoning. I am not one of your 12% penguin matches. My default penguin is quieter, shorter, and has a black bill. But I can look at yours and say, yes, that is ALSO a penguin. So it's not that only 12% of people think that's a penguin. Only 12% think that is the most penguiny of penguins.
