Theoretically the development manager is going to be trying something this weekend. Probably asking the guy to keep his rooster elsewhere. Because the only way to keep a rooster quiet is to let it be noisy somewhere else. (A breed of non-crowing roosters would be as popular as the non-barking dogs.)
