The mystery to me, is why do they go to all that trouble to have an electronic key card on the door and all ... but the darn lock doesn't engage! So you leave your room, close the door, try the door --whoops! it's open -- close the door again, try it again -- whoops! -- SLAM it shut annoying all the other guests, try the door again... and then go back inside to start the process over again, as if the door KNOWS when you walked through it, and now it's doing a reset.
