The last time I got my license renewed, I made an appointment, arrived early, entered all the information for my appointment on the little electronic gatekeeper thingy, and take a seat. People who arrived after me are getting called before me. Finally, after I've been there for an hour, I ask how much longer. I'm told I can't be called before my appointment. My appointment was 45 minutes ago. Oh, if you missed your appointment you have to schedule a new one. I didn't miss it, I've been here for an hour. Did you sign in when you arrived? Yes. That's the problem. The system won't let you sign in more than 5 minutes early.
