The first time I used movers, I was *so* looking forward to my furniture arriving, and no longer having to sleep in a sleeping bag on the floor. (This was before the days of air mattresses) The bed *frame* arrived. But they'd accidentally included the mattress and box spring in a delivery to people in Connecticut!
