That's how I eat it -- my doctor recommended absolutely no sugar while I was on antibiotics, so I found a recipe for diabetics. Stir a few fresh berries into it, then top with butter, cinnamon, and sliced almonds. Very good. And you stay full much longer than if you put sugar, brown sugar, or maple syrup on it.
