Thank you for this fascinating article! I had no idea chlorinated pool water was so damaging to Afro hair. (I mean, I know it's not good for ANY hair, but I didn't know it was so outright awful.) I'm glad there is a swim cap you can wear to enjoy swimming as much as you want.
