Sadly, they went from being our #1 choice to being fairly low on our list. Not as bad as Holland American, which my husband refuses to even consider in the future due to their horrible customer service. Good news is, they'll try to fix things while you're on the ship, so that they can hit you up for the next-cruise pre-booking before you leave. You lose that slight bit of negotiating room if you wait until your return to get it handled.
