Oh, just the title makes my blood boil!!!!!

If you're set on the title (which might otherwise cause pain to those who need it most), may I suggest doing the title as two speech bubbles: one saying "It's only a cat" and the other saying "It's only your heart". Then the subtitle can be "Advice from someone who understands."
