I’ve started reading Hal Elrod’s The Miracle Morning. He recommends starting each day with a 6-part strategy of Silent meditation or prayer, Affirmations, Visualizations, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing (or journaling). He calls these his Life S.A.V.E.R.S.

I already did the E-R-S part as part of my normal morning routine. But I meditated later in the afternoon, and I did not routinely use affirmations or visualizations.

I’ve got to say, after getting up early and doing this for an hour, I feel GREAT! I’m full of energy and ready to take on the world!

For visualizing, I wanted to visual “radiant good health”. For me, that meant being able to sit on my heels (which I’ve never been able to do, even as a kid) and touch my toes.

If you had to sum up your aspirations in a single image, what would you visualize?
