My college roommate "couldn't carry a tune in a bucket". But she was still in our campus production of Camelot. She and I worked on every song, interval by interval, until she knew by heart what the change felt like in her vocal chords. It was a LOT of work, but she was more than willing to put the effort in. And when she was on stage, singing her heart out in the chorus, you've never seen such pride -- in her, or her watching parents.
