Me either! I knew they were around... there were half-eaten mangoes all over the property when we toured it. But the realtor said they probably wouldn't come near when there were people. Nope. The other day, the full troop (3 adults and six or eight juveniles... they moved too much to be certain of my count) were hanging out in our front rock garden, chasing each other around and just generally checking the place out. One was an itty-bitty baby that was SO CUTE. He couldn't have been more than 8 or 10 inches long. The adults, on the other hand, are around 2-3 feet tall.
