LOL! I understand completely. I brought 11 boxes of books… +2 boxes of cookbooks… +2 boxes of books hubby and I have written… +2 boxes of reference books…

And those were the absolute MINIMUM number of books I felt comfortable bringing.

When I moved cross-country, from NY to Colorado, I had a half-moving-van that included no furniture other than a folding table and five bookcases. Clothes. And lots and lots of books. If I recall correctly, I’d winnowed the collection down to about 3000 books.
