Let me get this straight.... he thinks rwo mental illnesses are just normal parts of the human condition, and something that's a normal part of the human condition and has been documented for centuries (including some cultures including a third gender to account for them) is a mental illness. His problem isn't a lack of research. It's a lack of understanding of what "mental illness" is.
