It's not even a GOOD cost savings. The scheduling function itself isn't even automated, the way it was at Kaiser (log on, pick your service, pick your time, boom, you're scheduled). Nope. You tell them what you want scheduled, then someone CALLS YOU to tell you when your appointment will be. Crazy.
