It's called The Compassion Key, from a guy named Edward Mannix. The gist of it is that it's a way to tune in to your higher self, and view your damaged parts with love and compassion. That helps to release a lot of the emotion tied in to whatever the original trauma was. So you don't have to keep repeating the same patterns. I'm getting certified as a practitioner. Hubby is taking the training with me, but doesn't care about the certification. He's my guinea pig. Lol
