It's an interesting thought experiment. I agree that it's impossible to redistribute existing wealth. However, the best way for a more fair wealth distribution is a universal basic income. That assures that everyone has a solid base to work from, so they can afford food, shelter, and preventive healthcare. Those who work more (or have the benefit of assets accrued from previous hard work) will still have more, but the point is, no one should have LESS.
