It was a very strange 60s kid's TV show about a bunch of animals (humans in mascot suits) that form a band. I mostly recall thinking them creepy, and that the opening credits featured them riding around in a dune-buggy style car that I always thought should be shaped like a banana -- that it was just car-shaped seemed somehow wrong to my young self. They later starred in a TV movie where they worked at an amusement park. And got a reboot in 2019 in a horror movie.
