It was a super simple line dance -- but the music would speed up with each repetition, so it was a competition to see who could make it through to the end, and who wiped out spectacularly midway through -- often taking out the people next to them. The chicken dance, usually being done in a ring, has a lot fewer dance casualties. :-)
