I'm definitely in favor of it. There are so many people who need help, and so few organs available for them. I've had the little heart on my drivers license for decades.

There are some great technologies coming down the pike, however, that will do away with the need to harvest organs from other people. As long as you have a couple of weeks, they'll be able to grow you an organ from your own stem cells. It's still at the lab stage now, but trials are starting.
