I'd be a little concerned about some of those affirmations. From what I understand, the brain doesn't understand negatives in affirmation work. So, saying your sadness and depression do not define you might be interpreted as they DO define you. Oops!
Try a positive wording, like, "I am more than my sadness and depression." See if that gives you a better result.
Similarly, "I see value in myself however productive I am." (or even just, "I have value.")
I'm not quite sure I have the meaning you were going for with the last one, but try "I am okay with people, however they understand my situation."
