I can think of a couple reasons. It makes it easier to take video selfies because your arm is longer. Easier to hold for a long time to look at the screen. And less likely to mistake it for someone else's phone. I'm not sure any of those are a GOOD reason to have a phone case shaped like a frying pan. 😂
