Hubby was fretful for about a week, demanding that everyone conserve water in a number of weird ways, but it poured today and refilled the cistern by at least 10 inches, so he's relaxed again. It's supposed to rain twice more this week, so it should be almost full, soon. Fortunately, we don't have to pay for water. :-)
