Great! I let it hang over my kitchen table for months, until brushing it lightly with a finger would make the dill leaves fall off. I now have a ziploc bag filled with dried dill. It’s not as strong a flavor as the freeze-dried dill, but stronger than the regular dried dill that’s been in my cupboard for years.
