Expiration Dates

They mean something

I often leave items in my pantry well past the expiration date.

Herbs and spices? They don’t go bad, just less flavorful.

Canned vegetables? If the can’s intact, they’re probably okay.

Cheese? If it’s not furry, you can probably eat it. My mom believed even it was furry, you could still eat the non-furry parts.
