Excellent overview and analysis, Delles! I totally agree that you have to find the investments that work right for you and your temperament, as well as your long term goals. (We tried the Rental route -- *shudder* -- never again.) It sounds like you're focusing on Interest. I hope you write more about that in the future. I've heard good things about it, but always in an abstract way, never from someone who'd actually been in the trenches.
