Excellent list and easily understood rationales. I particularly liked the "black friend" myth, as I was not aware of the way it was being used. (Since I now live on an island that's 95% people of color, black or brown friends are just "friends" and white friends are "ex-pat insert-nationality friends". It's been an eye-opening shift.)
As a suburban white woman, I can no more understand a black person's lived experience than I can a rural white person's. Or a city dweller. But I can be aware of my natural tendencies to view other people through the lens of my own experience. Far from "perpetuating racism" and preventing people from "healing and moving on", articles like this help spotlight where the disconnects in experience are, and promote awareness, if not full understanding.
