Before Covid, it was so bad that if a restaurant server had a bad morning, they could get a new job on their lunch break. After Covid, it's only gotten worse. Businesses need to realize that the climate has changed, and what used to work won't work anymore. Priorities and responsibilities changed, and haven't gone back to what they were.
