Awesome! And I've got to admit, I sympathize with ChatGPT on tossing in "gentrification" as an attempt at cynicism. I feel like a lot of New Yorker cartoons have captions that are more about making a point than actually being funny. Then again, my humor skews Gary Larson, so I'm clearly not their target audience. :-)
