A trio of egrets stopped by our pool to skim the insects off. :-) It was delightful to just stop and watch them work. They'd stand at the side of the pool, staring, and suddenly...their neck would stretch out and their beak would strike the surface of the water. All sorts of great lessons about patience and focus, there.
